For over 16 years, Marilyn Weshnak has been dedicated to helping individuals secure their futures through Long-Term Care, Medicare, Life Insurance, and Annuities. As a Certified Long-Term Care Specialist, licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she approaches financial planning with empathy and a deep commitment to her clients’ well-being.

Before transitioning into financial services, Marilyn spent 25 years as CEO of Marsant Construction Company and MRN Builders. Today, she continues to lead MORE Builders and NOVEL Construction while actively giving back to her community, including building a group home for Matheny’s Cerebral Palsy School and providing pro-bono renovations for those in need.



Marilyn’s passion for care stems from her twin brother, Hyman, who was born with Cerebral Palsy. Her role as his lifelong caregiver, along with caring for her father who battled Parkinson’s, shaped her philosophy of compassion and personalized service. These experiences inspire her to build lasting relationships with her clients, ensuring their golden years are secure and joyful.

Nicole M. Smith has 16 years in the financial industry with 11 years of experience working with safe money and secured retirement vehicles as a financial advisor.

Prior to starting in 2011, she was a Controller and Lead Recruiter with instructional design experience for two of the largest mortgage companies in the nation. She obtained her BFA and quickly moved into business through project management and is currently studying for the PMP. She holds her CIC, LTC, and NMLS credentials.

She’s a member of NAIFA, and many other financial committees put in place to help shape the industry to help protect consumers. She donates a lot of her time to charities and is a regular contributor to Matheny’s School for Cerebral Palsy. She created WEMA’s annual Easter Eggstravaganza for children to interact with special needs children in a fun-filled day. Volunteers are welcome (come talk to us if you’d like to contribute or donate your time).

Nicole was one of the state’s premier athletes. She was a national softball player and a junior Olympic volleyball player. She rides dressage and open jumping. She was in the top 6 of the women’s giant slalom snowboarding in 2002 and was headed to the Olympic trials when she was struck by a vehicle at 55 mph while riding her bike in the 5 borough New York City multiple sclerosis tour. It took her a little over 2 years to walk again, and now she speaks out against drunk driving and contributes time to battered women shelters.

When she’s not serving her clients, she can be found spending time with her family and hiking or bike riding the trails in New Jersey. In the summers she is at the shore — you are always welcome to visit!
